Manuscritos

Collections awaiting process:
B92-1: Portuguese Consulate Records*
While whaling (and other mercantile) logbooks and journals are technically part of the manuscript collections the unpredictable range and scope of their provenance demands that they be segregated from any direct relationship to their associated business management papers. As much as possible, management information is included in the records for the logbook and journal collection that can then serve as a guide to finding more information in the larger manuscript collection.
